Coolpad, which is one of the popular Chinese smartphone manufacturer has come up with an all new Android smartphone which is dubbed as Halo. While there are already tons of new smartphones available in the market along with the phablets, here comes the one from Coolpad which promises to offer decent specs at a decent price tag. Coolpad in India has tied up with Reliance Communications but hasn’t been successful enough in ramping up the smartphone sales.
