Huawei G6 is the new low-cost version of the Huawei Ascend P6,
and it was spotted at the Ministry of Technology. The Huawei Ascend P6
holds the previous record of being world’s slimmest Smart phone with the
thickness of just 6.88 mm and is the most popular device from Huawei.
Earlier the Huawei Ascend P6 was launched with an updated processor and
had its micro SD card slot removed.
Huawei G6 is said to be a smaller device with a 4.5 inch display with 960 x 540 resolutions and will be powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM and a micro SD card slot for the expansion of the memory up to 32 GB. It is also said to have an 8 MP rear camera and a 5 MP camera on the front of the device and will be running on Android 4.2.2. The dimension of this device is measured at 130 x 65 x 7.5 mm, making it slim enough.
Tenaa has certified a device with a model number G6-T00, similar to the P6 and few Chinese tech sites expect this Huawei G6 to be one of the few high quality Chinese Smart phones from a large known brand. Going on the very few specification we got we can guess that this device is definitely going to be high end device as its predecessor Huawei Ascend P6.
