The Blu Advance 4.0 has a 4-inch display with the WVGA display, having a screen resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.

Blu Advance 4.0 is also an entry level phone aimed at the budget minded customers in the market. The Blu Advance 4.0 runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and the internal powering is provided by a 1.3 GHz dual core Media Tek MT6572 processor with a 4 GB storage with a microSD card slot and 512 MB RAM, along with the ARM Mali-400-MP1 GPU.
