After the recent leaks about the special T-mobile version of the
flagship Xperia Z1 from Sony, the company has officially announced the
Xperia Z1s, along with the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact at the CES 2014
event. The Xperia Z1s is nothing special or new, as it is just the
Xperia Z1 that was launched recently with the 20.7-megapixel G lens
camera, but you would get the T-mobile LTE bands in it and that’s what
makes it a special version for the ones connected via T-Mobile in the
US.
It is the same 5-inch LCD display with the Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels display on the front, and under the hood, there is Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, a 2.2 GHz quad-core processor along with 2GB of RAM. The customized Android 4.3 Jelly Bean is the same which the Xperia Z1 has got, and on the rear side, there is a 20.7 megapixel shooter, with the G lens which Sony uses in the digital cameras.
Sony has decided to include an “exclusive entertainment pack” with the six free movies along with 60-day trial of the Sony music trial, which is quite a good addition, but a thing that would hit the users is that the phone would be available only in Black via T-Mo. Just like the Xperia Z1, this one too is a waterproof device.

Sony Xperia Z1S Price and Availability
The Xperia Z1s via T-Mobile is going to be available on the carrier’s website from January 13th, and would be hitting the offline stores on 22nd Jan. The price off-contract is $600, but if you are choosing this one on contract for 24 months, you will have to pay $22 a month. That is with the zero down payment plan from T-mobile.
